At Black Sheep Diesel Performance & Accessories, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of automotive performance parts and vehicle-specific products, all returns are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, customers must contact Black Sheep Diesel Performance & Accessories within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
Returned items must:
- Be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition
- Be returned in the original manufacturer packaging
- Include all hardware, accessories, instructions, and documentation
- Be free from damage caused by installation, misuse, modification, or neglect
Returns requested after thirty (30) days from the purchase date may be denied.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount before the refund is issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Customers must report any damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect items within thirty (30) days of purchase.
To process a claim, customers may be required to provide:
- Order number
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- Description of the issue
Failure to report issues within thirty (30) days may result in denial of the claim.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Special-order products
- Custom-order products
- Electrical components that have been installed
- Tuners, programmers, and tuning devices
- Downloadable products or software
- Opened software packages
- Clearance items
- Final-sale items
- Products that have been installed, modified, or used
- Products missing original packaging or components
Defective Products
Products determined to be defective may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Black Sheep Diesel Performance & Accessories reserves the right to inspect the product and coordinate warranty claims directly with the manufacturer when applicable.
Warranty determinations are made by the manufacturer and not by Black Sheep Diesel Performance & Accessories.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is the result of our error, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Black Sheep Diesel Performance & Accessories is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refused Deliveries
Orders refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect shipping address may be subject to:
- Return shipping charges
- Original shipping charges
- A 30% restocking fee
These charges will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Refund Processing
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing after the return has been approved.
Refunds will be issued less any applicable fees, shipping charges, and restocking fees.
Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior authorization from Black Sheep Diesel Performance & Accessories.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
