If you are interested in learning more about valve seat failures on the 6.7L Cummins engine. Choate Engineering fixes these issues and is known for making a good platform, great. And saving the customer money as well as down time.

The purpose of the Model C platform is to provide a superior product over the OE, for a lower cost!

This 6.7 Cummins Long Block Model C 2007.5-2018 Reman Diesel Engine Includes:

  • Choate Billet Freeze Plugs
  • Oversized New Upgraded Valve Seats
  • New Oil Pump
  • All New Iron Matrix Valve Guides
  • Install New Valve Seals
  • Test Spring Tension

Full CNC blue print machining, (bore, deck, hone and line honed).

The Cylinder bores are blue print bored to a true 90 degrees from the crankshaft center line, prior to being diamond honed to within .0002 inch for precise piston to cylinder bore clearances.

The main housing is honed to precisely align the crankshaft in the engine block. The Cylinder walls are bored 90 degrees over the crankshaft center line. The piston diameter measured to the nearest .0001 inch matched to cylinder bores.
