Picture this:
The lot is filled with trucks, but yours is the one that turns heads. With a commanding six-inch lift, your vehicle stands tall and level on the tires you've always wanted. The full custom-colored four-link front end is prominently displayed, finished in a color you selected, setting your truck apart from the rest. No black or raw finishes here; it's a unique two-tone that no one else at the meet can replicate.
When you climb in and drive home, you'll appreciate how well it handles. This is the distinction between a truck that is merely tall and one that is truly engineered for performance. Each day, as you approach your truck, you’ll wear a smile — not just on show days, but every day — because it’s your vehicle, and you get to drive it.
That’s the essence of our mission: Love what you drive.
Why Most Tall Kits Drive Like a Boat
Many lifted trucks may look impressive when parked, but they often drive poorly due to unaddressed geometry issues. Lifting a Super Duty without properly relocating the track bar and drag link can lead to misalignment, causing your axle to shift off-center and steering to become erratic over road seams. Additionally, improper caster angles can result in wandering, especially with taller lifts — a problem we refuse to accept.
Six Inches, Done the Only Right Way
At this height, maintaining proper geometry isn’t optional. We provide a full four-link front end as standard.
Unlike spacer kits that leave factory radius arms struggling against the lift, our four-link system completely replaces them, effectively controlling your caster and pinion throughout the entire range of travel. The outcome is a six-inch lift that tracks straight, self-centers in the lane, and improves articulation off-road, all while delivering a superior ride.
Moreover, the four-link system is the most visually striking component of your build. With its full bracket set, powder-coated to match your truck, it showcases your customization like no other.
The rest of the system is meticulously engineered to complement this design:
-
6" of front lift achieved through a 4.5" Icon coil spring paired with a 1.5" coil spacer — a true spring setup, not merely stacked spacers.
-
Rear lift block raised to match, ensuring your truck sits perfectly level.
-
Replacement brake lines, front and rear, optimized for the new height.
-
Longer shocks, essential for this lift height — factory shocks are inadequate, hence a Fox shock is included with every system.
This is a comprehensive, engineered system — not just a box of parts with uncertain compatibility.
Build a Stance That's Unmistakably Yours
Other kits typically offer one color: black, or if you're fortunate, raw. Want a custom finish? Prepare to call for a quote, wait weeks, and hope for a match.
With the TSO 6" System, you take control. Choose from 9 standard powder coat colors or match any color from the Prismatic Powders catalog, boasting over 5,500 options. Create a two-tone effect or coordinate your links and brackets with your wheels.
And you can visualize it all before committing. Our interactive builder allows you to see your exact setup in real time — change colors, add overlays, and watch updates instantly, including pricing. No quotes, no uncertainties.
See your truck. Build your truck.
Complete the Truck: Mini Cradle + Traction Bars
A lift provides height, but this combination gives your truck a finished appearance.
By adding the mini cradle and traction bars, your entire build comes together — the rear fills out, lines connect front to back, and your color scheme flows seamlessly, rather than abruptly ending at the front axle. This addition transforms your truck from merely lifted to complete.
While enhancing aesthetics, these components optimize performance. The traction bars effectively manage your power, eliminating axle wrap and wheel hop during hard acceleration or towing. The mini cradle stabilizes the front end and minimizes noise over rough terrain. With the same in-house fabrication and custom color options, your truck embodies a unified vision.
Note: The traction bars require some drilling and tapping for installation.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Can I really choose any color? Absolutely. Select from 9 standard colors in base pricing, plus the entire Prismatic Powders catalog — over 5,500 options. Two-tone overlays are available for every component. Use the builder to visualize your exact colors prior to ordering.
Will a 6" lift still drive well? Yes, better than many tall trucks on the market. The standard four-link front end maintains optimal caster and pinion angles throughout the full range of travel, ensuring your truck tracks straight and stays centered, unlike spacer kits.
Why does the 4-Link come standard here but not on the 3"? At three inches, a radius arm drop can effectively correct geometry. At six inches, a full four-link is the only proper solution. We refuse to sell you a tall truck that compromises on driveability, hence its inclusion.
Do I need new shocks? Yes, factory shocks or extensions will not suffice at this height; a longer shock is essential. You will choose from our Fox options during the build process.
Is it hard to install? The installation is bolt-on, with some drilling and tapping required for the four-link front end. A full installation guide is available here: [link].
How long until it ships? Typically, expect a 2–4 week timeframe from order to shipment. All powder coating is conducted in-house in Blountville, TN.
