8 Inch Lift Kit 4-Link Conversion Ford F250/F350 Super Duty 11-16 4WD Diesel BDS Suspension

Go big with the BDS Suspension 8-inch lift kit and 4-link conversion for your 2011-2016 Ford Super Duty F250 and F350 diesel truck. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 38 inch Tires.

Up front the lift kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty 4-link control arms, forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and custom-tuned nitrogen charged shocks.

In the rear this kit utilizes a replacement GlideRide leaf springs with integrated overload leaf, u-bolts, brake line brackets and a matching set of NX2 Nitro or FOX Performance shocks.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, diesel-specific, Pro-Ride coil springs are supplied to provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.

4-Link Conversion

Convert the factory stamped steel radius arms over to the BDS 4-link to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade utilizes high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

BDS Glide-Ride Leaf Springs

Built to outperform, BDS engineered the Glide-Ride leaf springs into a multi-leaf progressive spring rate design that provides a smooth ride with any load. This is accomplished with an exclusive triple-stage leaf spring design where the main leaf pack is broken into two stages:

1. First, the primary three leafs are functional with no additional load in the vehicle for excellent everyday ride quality. As moderate loads are applied, the secondary leafs are engaged.
2. Second, if the truck is fully loaded, the bottom overload is engaged for maximum hauling capacity. This setup allows your truck to maintain ride quality unloaded without sacrificing payload.

Upgrading to BDS Glide-Ride leaf springs will reduce axle wrap and provide flexibility throughout the suspension cycle.

1. Front bumper spacer kit may be required to run 38 inchx15.50 inch Tires
2. Although extremely rare, front driveline vibration may occur
3. If equipped with 2-piece rear driveshaft, a driveshaft alignment kit (#123406) will be required
4. Front driveshaft u-joints may max out at full droop. If so, a new front shaft will be required.
5. If equipped with a rear sway bar, #123009 is required.
6. U-bolts will not work on dually.
7. Front auxiliary shocks can be omitted from kit - the system can be used with Coil Over installed alone

BDS leaf springs are not intended for use beyond the truck's maximum payload capacity. Trucks equipped with overload springs will only have the capacity of a non-overload equipped truck. If heavy payload use is desired, supplemental rear airbags are recommended.
