Picture this:
You pull up, and people take notice. Not because of noise, but because a truck with such commanding presence cannot be ignored.
As you navigate through traffic, the road ahead opens up, revealing a fully custom-colored four-link front end in a finish of your choosing. This isn’t just black or raw; it’s a two-tone design that stands out, one that no one else at the meet can replicate.
You effortlessly climb in and drive home with ease, thanks to our meticulous engineering.
This is the distinction between a truck that is merely large and one that is expertly built. Each morning, as you approach it, a smile forms — not just on show days, but every day — because it’s yours, and you take pride in driving it.
This is the essence of our mission: Love what you drive.
Why Most Tall Kits Drive Like a Boat
Many lifted trucks may look impressive when parked, yet drive poorly on the road because the geometry has not been corrected.
Lifting a Super Duty to such heights without proper adjustments results in misalignment; the axle shifts off-center, and the steering becomes erratic with every bump on the road. Additionally, the lift can reduce caster angle, which is critical for maintaining straight tracking. Compromised caster leads to a wandering truck on the highway. The taller the lift, the more pronounced these issues become.
We will not build that kind of truck.
Eight Inches, Done the Only Right Way
This represents the largest lift we manufacture, and at this height, cutting corners is detrimental. Therefore, we refuse to compromise. At eight and a half inches, correcting the geometry is essential; hence, the full four-link front end comes standard.
Unlike spacer kits that leave your factory radius arms struggling against the lift, our four-link system completely replaces them, effectively controlling your caster and pinion throughout the entire range of travel. This superior design ensures that even a truck of this height tracks straight, centers itself in the lane, and returns to its position after a turn. It articulates better off-road and provides a smoother ride on all terrains.
At this height, the four-link setup is the focal point of the build. A full four-link and bracket set, prominently displayed and powder-coated to match your truck, showcases more of your custom build than any other system we offer, allowing for greater personalization.
The remaining components are engineered to complement this advanced system:
-
8.5" of front lift on a 7" Icon coil spring with a 1.5" coil spacer — utilizing a genuine spring under the truck, not a mere stack of spacers.
-
Rear lift block raised to match, ensuring the truck maintains a completely level stance.
-
Replacement brake lines, both front and rear, tailored for the new height.
-
Longer shocks, essential for this height — factory shocks or extensions are incompatible, thus a Fox shock is included with every build.
This is a comprehensive, engineered system — not merely a box of parts with uncertain compatibility.
Build a Stance That's Unmistakably Yours
While other kits may offer a single color option — typically black or raw — the TSO 8" System empowers you with complete customization. Choose from 9 standard powder coat colors or match any color from the Prismatic Powders catalog, which boasts over 5,500 options. Create a two-tone design, and coordinate your links and brackets with your wheels.
Moreover, you can visualize your design before making a purchase. Our interactive builder allows you to render your exact setup in real time — modify colors, add overlays, and instantly see pricing changes. No quotes, no uncertainty.
You see your truck. Then you build your truck.
Complete the Truck: Mini Cradle + Traction Bars
A lift kit elevates your truck, but these additional components give it a finished look.
Incorporating the mini cradle and traction bars unifies the build — the rear fills out, the lines connect front to back, and your color scheme extends throughout rather than halting at the front axle. This is the essential piece that transforms your truck from merely lifted to complete.
While enhancing aesthetics, these components also enhance performance. The traction bars effectively manage your power, eliminating axle wrap and wheel hop during heavy acceleration or towing. The mini cradle stabilizes the front end and reduces noise over rough terrain. Constructed with the same in-house fabrication and custom color options — providing a cohesive look from front to back, embodying one truck, one vision.
Note: Traction bars will require some drilling and tapping for installation.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Can I really choose any color? Absolutely. We offer 9 standard colors at base pricing, as well as access to the entire Prismatic Powders catalog, comprising over 5,500 options. Two-tone overlays are available for every component. Use our builder to visualize your exact selections before ordering.
Will a lift this tall still drive well? Yes, better than many tall trucks currently on the market. The standard four-link front end of this system maintains proper caster and pinion alignment throughout its travel, ensuring that even at eight and a half inches, it tracks straight and centers itself in the lane, avoiding the wandering characteristic of spacer kits.
Why does the 4-Link come standard here but not on the 3"? At three inches, a radius arm drop can effectively correct the geometry. However, at this height, the only reliable method is a full four-link system. We refuse to offer a tall truck that performs poorly, which is why it is included.
Do I need new shocks? Yes, new shocks are necessary. At this height, factory shocks or extensions are insufficient — a longer shock is required, and you will select from our Fox options in the builder.
Is it hard to install? The installation is bolt-on, but some drilling and tapping are required for the four-link front end. A full installation guide is available here: [link].
How long until it ships? Typically, it takes 2–4 weeks from order to shipment. All powder coating is conducted in-house in Blountville, TN.
