Description: 

The KC Reaper 500 Twin Turbos for the 3.5 EcoBoost have undergone extensive research and development, resulting in enhanced performance and power. We utilized our Ford Powerstroke Turbos as a baseline, and then improved upon them by redesigning the compressor and turbine wheels and creating new, more efficient turbine housing and compressor covers.

With these upgrades, your 3.5 engine will have the potential to outperform even the Coyote. Please note that these turbos require 91 or higher octane fuel and custom tuning, and are recommended for off-road use only. If using ethanol blends (E40-E80), it may be necessary to upgrade the stock low and high pressure fuel pumps.

The cast aluminum end tanks are a significant improvement over the factory plastic tanks, providing lower IATs and a stronger build. With a 85% larger Bar and Plate core, this intercooler maximizes air flow and heat dissipation while minimizing turbo stress.

Plus, installation is a breeze as it drops right into the factory location and can be used with either OEM or aftermarket boots and charge pipes. Eliminate the bottleneck and boost your performance with KC Upgraded Intercooler.
