Built in house at WCFab carrying a LIFETIME WARRANTY against bending or breaking (to original purchaser). Traction bars are a necessary upgrade when increasing the horsepower on your diesel truck to prevent the axle from twisting which can lead to broken u-joints, driveshafts, and even twisted axle housings. Our traction bar brackets bolt to the axle tube via the u-bolts and weld to the frame on the front. We use high quality RockJock rebuild-able and grease-able "Johnny Joint" heims at the frame to allow for adjustment of torsion on the axle or if you raise/lower the rear of your truck. At the axle we use heavy duty Polyurethane Bushings to decrease noise and vibration which are a common complaint on kits using solid heims on both ends. Grade 8 hardware connects the bars to the mounts on both frame and axle. Each kit is finished with our professional in house powder coat process in your choice of color with an Epoxy Primer base coat applied before the final color. This key step increases corrosion resistance by more than ten times compared to a standard powder single coat application. - - Kit includes 68" long bars for Regular Cab Long Bed, Super Cab Long Bed, Super Cab Short Bed, & Crew Cab Long Bed Models - - This kit is for 2011-2016 Crew Cab Short Beds & 2017-2024 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty Trucks with 4 inch Axle Tube Dia.
