The Air Lift 88396 LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Helper Spring Kit is designed for the rear suspension of 2011-2016 Ford F-250, F-350, and F-450 pickups, offering all the benefits of the LoadLifter 5000 with an added internal jounce bumper for enhanced ride comfort. This advanced system works in conjunction with your vehicle's leaf springs to provide up to 5,000 pounds of load leveling capacity, ensuring a stable, level, and smooth ride, whether your truck is loaded or empty.

The built-in closed-cell urethane foam jounce bumper inside the air spring acts as a shock absorber, reducing harsh impacts and preventing bottoming out on rough roads, especially under heavy loads.

Constructed with the durability of a tire, the air springs are reinforced with tough, 2-ply fabric for maximum strength. The kit includes exclusive upper and lower roll plates that shield the springs from sharp edges like brackets or the vehicle frame, boosting the load capacity by up to 10%. The complete package comes with two air springs, mounting brackets, air lines, a Schrader valve, hardware, and detailed instructions for easy installation.
