The Garrett 848212-5001S GT3788VA Stock Replacement Turbocharger for your 2004.5-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax LLY/LBZ/LMM is a direct replacement for your failed factory unit. This turbocharger is 100% new and is not rebuilt or remanufactured. A new Garrett turbocharger is a superior product versus independently remanufactured units. Only a brand new turbocharger guarantees having all the latest engineering updates needed for longer service life. The center housing has been enhanced, with the addition of 3 cobalt pins, in order to reduce distortion and improve vane actuation. As a result, the durability of the turbocharger is improved.
