Description:

Increase the reliability of your 2011-2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke by replacing the intercooler pipe with the XDP 6.7L Direct-Fit Intercooler Pipe Upgrade XD458. The plastic factory intercooler pipe is a component that is prone to failure and can barely handle the output of a stock engine. The factory intercooler pipe won't just fail peacefully on startup. It will break apart by bursting under the power of your engine when towing a heavy load, or making a pass down the track.

The XDP 6.7L Intercooler Pipe Upgrade is a replacement for the factory pipe and is constructed out of durable aluminum with reinforced silicone couplers and t-bolt clamps. As a result, you end up with a stronger component that can withstand the heat, pressure, and output of a modified Powerstroke engine. This upgraded pipe has a factory style connector that snaps right into the OEM location. This means no modifications or aftermarket tuning needs to be done during the installation process.
