Description:

The XDP HFCM Water Separator Drain Plug Upgrade XD327 is an upgrade for the existing drain plug on the HFCM (Horizontal Fuel Conditioning Module) in your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. The factory drain plug strips easily and once it's damaged, it becomes very difficult to remove. The XD327 features a CNC-machined billet aluminum construction with a knurled perimeter so you can install and remove it by hand, or with a 3/8" drive ratchet. This eliminates the hazards of having to replace the whole HFCM due to a damaged drain plug.

The factory plug also causes the draining fuel and water to land directly on the driveshaft making a mess during routine maintenance. The XDP HFCM Water Separator Drain Plug Upgrade has been designed with a built-in retaining shaft that keeps the plug from falling out and also wicks the fuel away from the driveshaft so you can keep things clean. Each plug includes a new o-ring seal and features an anodized black finish for long lasting looks and durability.
