Description:

The XDP Duramax 6.6L LGH Fuel Contamination Kit XD518 includes the items you need to repair the fuel system in your 2011-2016 GM Duramax 6.6L LGH after a CP4 injection pump failure. The factory CP4 pump is a known weak point and often fails in a catastrophic nature. As a result, debris from the CP4 failure typically contaminates the fuel injectors, fuel injector lines, fuel rails, and other fuel system plumbing. To repair the failed pump and eliminate the risk of contaminating the replacement parts, the previously mentioned components must then be replaced.

The XD518 kit includes remanufactured fuel injectors, a remanufactured CP4 pump, fuel injector lines, engine fuel feed pipe, fuel return line, fuel rails, and injector hold down bolts. Each kit is designed to meet or exceed the OE specifications and comes backed by the XDP 2 Year / Unlimited Mileage. Note:

Core Return only applies to the fuel injectors and CP4 pumps. Contaminated fuel lines, and fuel rails, do not need to be returned.
