The XDP Remanufactured 7.3L AE Fuel Injector XD475 will replace the damaged #8 Long Lead injector in your 1999.5-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke. With years of manufacturing experience and over 30 million diesel fuel injectors produced to date, you can be sure you are getting a quality product.

By surpassing the manufacturers' current design specifications, these injectors have less than 0.2 percent warranty rate. Every injector is comprehensively tested for nozzle flow and needle lift as well as opening operation and leakage. Additional tests include shot-to-shot flow meters, poppet seat leakage test, and injection timing measurements for best-in-class testing.
