Description:

Replace the failed injector in your 2003-2004 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke with the XDP Remanufactured 6.0L Fuel Injector XD470. With over 30 million fuel injectors on the road, you can be certain each injector is built to meet or exceed the manufactures specifications to ensure you get a quality product.

Each Fuel Injector is precision remanufactured to ensure it exceeds the engine manufacturers' most current design specifications, resulting in less than 0.2 percent warranty rate. Each fuel injector features improved end cap assemblies to help fix cold start issues, and the nozzle flow testing process gives this injector like-new performance. This injector features all new connectors, O-rings, internal hardware & springs, with the intensifier body and plunger matched to eliminate fuel dilution. A precision matched control valve and spool help to minimize oil leakage and maximize power output.
